The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location was perfect, being close to key attractions and offering stunning views.
Some of the room fixtures were a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. The bed was not very comfortable, which affected our sleep quality.

The hotel is a great indulgence relaxed and with oppulent designer decor.
It's too expensive I think. Luxury, of course, costs but aside from the general oppulence some important aspects were missing; there is no private parking, it's in the wrong end of town etc. Hastings old town is nice but St Leonards is not and that's where this hotel is situated. The helpful guide provided by the hotel basically urges guests to turn left (towards the old town) when leaving the hotel, and to use the seafront rather than the backstreets. I would say this is good advice! So in all I liked the hotel very much but I think it's too expensive and poorly situated with no secure parking.

We recently stayed at Zanzibar Villa and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our excellent room. the attention to detail was impressive, with robes and slippers provided for extra comfort. the owner, Max, was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was cooked to order and served with care. the spacious bed, luxurious bath tub, and shower made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Zanzibar Villa for a romantic getaway. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😄.

The friendliness of the staff and the nice extra touches like a welcome drink, really appreciated after a two hour drive ! We've not seen such a varied tea/coffee assortment before and the little sweets added an aah, isn't this sweet, comment. Comfortable bed and nice fluffy towels, along with soap, shampoo and moisturiser this hotel seems to have got everything right - even down to a 'Good morning' note with local information and a weather report. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Zanzibar in Hastings. It was our baby moon getaway and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The facilities were top notch, the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent both mornings. We even had the option to have breakfast delivered to our room, which made it even better. The location was convenient and provided a good base for exploring the coast. everything was modern, of the highest standard, and the rooms had real personality. Thanks to Max and his team for looking after us!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A perfect place for a luxurious and romantic getaway. the rooms are beautifully decorated, with spacious bathrooms that have deep baths. the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in bed, with options like eggs Benedict or a full English. the hotel offers stunning views of the sea, and there are great restaurants in the area. Some rooms even have a jacuzzi bath and a glass of champagne in the morning.
The hotel lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hot summer days.
